- Financial analysis of equipment/service offers offered by suppliers and selection based on the score and the necessary criteria, the ranking, and the best options, PoC ( Proof of Concept ) case
- Technical analysis of functionality and parameters needed
- Customer assistance in choosing a company for the realization of the system, the implementation services and checking indicators + realization of the execution project, etc
- Assistance in Establishing execution deadlines: delivery/execution schedule/contracting
- Assistance in Follow-up of works/installation service compliance, compliance with legislation, good installation/installation/wiring good practices
- Assistance: Follow-up of commissioning, customized settings, implementation of system scenarios/functions, system tests, acceptance procedure, user education
- Follow-up assistance Final delivery of the contracting system to the end customer.
- Assistance in the follow-up of the final delivery of the contracting system to the final client.
